SF vodka Cocktail Recipes
Dirty Charlie
2 oz SF Baker Beach vodka
½ oz pickle juice
In ice filled shaker, combine vodka, and pickle juice.  Shake and strain over garnish of small pickle, skewered with an olive on each side.
Sunrise Martini
1 oz SF Ocean Beach vodka
½ oz orange liqueur
3 oz pomegranate juice
splash of lemon juice
Garnish rim of chilled martini glass with sugar and add ingredients, stir
Revolution Martini
2 oz SF Baker Beach vodka
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
Lime twist
dash orange bitters
combine vodka and vermouth in chilled martini glass with dash of orange bitters. rub lime twist around rim and place in glass
Fortune 500
2 oz SF China Beach vodka
½ oz Dry Vermouth
dash orange bitters
dash angostura bitters
Make Mine Mint
2 oz SF Ocean Beach vodka 
2 mint leaves – 1 ripped, 1 whole
Dry gin rimmed glass
In ice filled shaker, mix ice and ripped mint leaf, shake and strain over dry gin rimmed glass. Garnish with whole mint leaf.
Sherry Baby
2 ½ oz SF China Beach vodka
½ oz Sherry
a few orange rinds
Coat inside of a chilled martini glass with sherry. Flame the orange peels into the glass. Shake sherry and vodka in shaker, strain into the glass, and garnish with an orange peel.
Shots and Shooters
Beach Flight
1 oz of each SF vodka, in separate shot glasses
1 oz SF China Beach shaken in ice with a few drops of lemon, strain into chilled mini martini glass, garnish with lemon wedge
1 oz SF Baker Beach shaken with ice and a few drops olive juice, strain into chilled mini martini glass and garnish with olive
1 oz SF Ocean Beach shaken with drop of mint extract, strain into chilled mini martini glass and garnish with mint leaf
Serve as a flight
Sea Cucumber
1 shot SF Baker Beach vodka
1 shot pickle juice
Pour separate shots. Drink vodka shot first, pickle juice after.
(Sea Cucumber variation)
1 shot SF Baker Beach vodka
Pickle wedge or mini pickle
Drink vodka first, followed by eating the pickle.
Mr. Stinky Pants (Shooter)
1 shot of SF vodka, 1 shot of pickle juice, fill remaining of glass with lager
Hell’s Nightmare
1 part SF Baker Beach vodka
1 part red hot schnapps
Add to shooter glass in this order: vodka, schnapps, float 151 on top and light
Oyster Shooter
1 shot SF Ocean Beach vodka
1 shucked oyster
1 tsp hot sauce
¼ tsp horseradish
Add all to a shooter glass
Breakfast by the Beach
2 oz SF Ocean Beach vodka
equal parts pineapple juice, mango juice, orange juice
Shake with ice and strain into tall glass. Garnish with orange twist
The Captain Flint
2 oz SF Baker Beach vodka 
1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
1/2 oz Carpano Antica
Stirred and served up with a lemon twist

Beach Bare Navel
1 oz SF Baker Beach vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
3 oz fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp of maraschino juice or grenadine
Blend with ice in a blender and serve. Garnish with orange wedge
Take Me Away
1 1/2 oz SF China Beach vodka
2 oz Cranberry juice 
2 oz Grape juice
3/4 tsp lime juice
Lime wedge
Shake vodka, cranberry juice, grape juice, and lime juice in shaker. Pour over tall glass of ice and garnish with lime wedge

Ocean Breeze
1 ½ oz SF Ocean Beach vodka
3 mint leaves
2 slices of cucumber
2 1/2 oz club soda
Muddle mint leaves and vodka, add ice and club soda, drop in cucumber slices. Serve in large martini glass.
Raspberry Tart
1 1/2 oz SF China Beach vodka
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz lime juice
4 raspberries
1 1/2 oz sweet champagne
sugar for rim of glass
Muddle raspberries with lime juice, vodka, and simple syrup. Pour into chilled sugar rimmed cocktail glass and add champagne.
San Francisco Fog
2 oz SF Baker Beach vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
½ oz crème de menthe
½ tsp cream
chocolate syrup
Swirl chocolate syrup in large chilled martini glass. Blend ice, cream, vodka, and liqueurs in blender and add to glass.
Black Magic Woman
2 oz SF Ocean Beach vodka
4 blackberries
4 mint leaves
¼ lime
orange flavored sparkling water
Muddle blackberries and mint with vodka and juice from fresh lime. Add ice and fill to top with orange sparkling water.
Salty Breeze
1 ½ oz SF vodka
2 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Salt rim of glass, add ice and vodka, grapefruit juice, and cranberry juice.
Mediterranean Mama
2 ½ oz Pomegranate juice
1 ½ oz SF China Beach vodka
4 blackberries
1 ½ oz lemon lime soda
Rim glass with sugar, place 4 blackberries at bottom of martini glass and lightly muddle. Mix pomegranate juice and vodka in shaker with ice, pour over blackberries, top with soda, and stir.

Ginger Mist
2 oz SF Baker Beach vodka
1 ½ oz Ginger ale
1 tsp ginger simple syrup
dash of lime juice
lime garnish
Ginger garnish
Add vodka, ginger ale, simple syrup, and lime juice to glass of ice. garnish with lime slice and slice of ginger.
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 cups SF Ocean Beach vodka
2 tbsp almond extract
2 tsp vanilla extract
heat sugars and water in a sauce pan until sugar is dissolved. Let cool for 10 minutes, add vodka and extracts. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
Low Tide
1 frozen strawberry, 1 frozen peach slice, chopped
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz ginger peach tea simple syrup
2 drops (spear)mint extract
Shake vodka, simple syrup, and mint extract in shaker with ice and strain into chilled martini glass. Add chopped fruit and enjoy
Ginger peach simple syrup: heat 2 cups water with 2 cups sugar on medium low heat until dissolved. Add 4 or 5 bags of ginger peach tea and simmer for ~15 minutes. Let cool, and use or store.
